The steaks were high
On January 25, 2016 the Underground Chef Co. team took over R&D Restaurant for our first battle of 2016 featuring Chef Terry Port and Chef Harrison Hennick. Before the battle kicked-off, fans were treated to a special live Big Green Egg demo led by UCC Ambassador and Godfather of the Grill - Chef Ted Reader. Once our judges were in place, the secret ingredients revealed (steak and lobster), Chef Port and Chef Harrison treated the audience to an hour jam-packed with culinary action. (VIDEO: UCCxCityNews)
